Design and develop functionality as per specifications and Enhance and develop new functionality.

- 5 - 8 yrs experience with Project Management, Issue Management, Risk Management and Time management skills.The technical requirement includes Web Programming Tools Java, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, XML and Product or Vendor Certification would be a plus. major duties include leading one or more projects/sub-projects, planning and coordinating task and allocating resources interacting with the client, requirement gathering and assigning it to team members and should be process oriented.
